If you are not happy with your BRAVELEX knee support for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@bravelex.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

Return Conditions
- Item must be returned in its original condition
- Original packaging is preferred but not required
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@bravelex.com with photos. We will send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
